STUDIO SERVICES


Session Rates / Deposits



Session Rates

Studio time is charged either HALF DAILY (based on four hours) or DAILY (based on eight-Hour Days), with differing rates for Solo Acts and Bands.
Overtime or additional time worked, where agreed, will be charged in hourly blocks at the appropriate standard rate plus 50%.

Session Deposits

Sessions of two or more days duration can usually only be confirmed subject to the payment of a deposit based on the overall session duration.
Such deposits will become due within 28 days prior to the commencement date of the session unless otherwise determined by the Studio.

Equipment / Supplies


The charge for the supply of USB Drives, DVD-R, CD-R, MD, DAT Tapes and other media will be considered as an extra to Studio Hire and will be charged as required in line with our current tariff, available in printed form (brochure) or on our website.



Payments



Session Payment

The balance due on all sessions will be payable on completion of the sessions unless otherwise determined by ourselves.
Payment can be made by CASH, CHEQUE, CREDIT / DEBIT CARD or PayPal.


Credit / Payments On Account

Credit Terms and Payments on Invoice can only be offered to approved customers and will generally always be subject to a 50% deposit with balance on 30 Day Terms for payment after completion of all booked sessions.



Cancellations / Rescheduling



Cancellations

For all bookings of two days or more duration, we require at our discretion a deposit of up to 50% of the agreed fee for the booked time.
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change your booking.
If you give us less than TWO weeks notice we may levy the following charges against potential loss of business:

Cancellation of scheduled services with less than TWO weeks notice will result in the forfeiture of 75% of your session deposit.
Cancellation of scheduled services with less than ONE weeks notice will result in the forfeiture of 100% of your session deposit.

If a cancellation of any session/s by the Studio for technical or other reasons is deemed necessary, then a full refund or credit of any amounts paid will be made.


Rescheduling

If you are able to RESCHEDULE your planned session within 30 days of your original session date/s and pay the full balance of your entire planned session in advance then no cancellation charge will apply.



Damages


Damages to fixtures and fittings or other items of Studio instruments or equipment (intentionally or accidentally) by the client, or by invited guests of the client, will be charged to the client at current market rates and be deemed payable within the final cost of the session.
We reserve the right to amend all Terms & Conditions without prior notice at any time.
